Pillar 3: A microexercise® that is MEANINGFUL AND/OR MEDICALLY RELEVANT can last from as little as 2 SECONDS and up to 20 MINUTES​
Pillar 4: Because we all, in many different ways, are already engaged with microexercises in our daily lives of HEART, BREATH, BODY & PLAY, each of us is ALREADY PRACTICING & SUCCEEDING at microfitness​
